Creation of engaging media for CRUK to help disseminate consumer strategy going forward. Live Drawing at workshops, along with detailed books and posters delivered... Each documenting motivations, triggers and pain points of identified audiences when supporting charitable causes
 




The new strategy can also be used to drive giving and supporting behaviours across stores - we did some shopper analysis to further develop motivations and triggers - and used this insight to help redesign and prioritise the trading stores.
